Email info@farmersdoor.com.au with the words “security report” in the subject line. Tell us what you found, where, and how to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed of what we do about it.
Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. Please do not access, alter or download another party’s data, degrade the service for anyone else, or use social engineering against our people or our partners.
We will not pursue action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith, follows the above and gives us a chance to respond.
